Returns & Refunds

On Orders Marked Ready To Ship:

Buyer will be able to ask for a return within 7 days of placing the order.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping back to shop and are entitled to a full refund after full inspection.

If the product shows signs of use during the inspection there may be a fee charged.

 

On Orders Marked as Custom (Made to Order):

Buyer has a 48 hour window to cancel their order before order begins production, to avoid any restocking/cancellation fee.

If order exceeds the 48 hour window. A Restocking/Cancellation fees of 20-40% may be charged to cover any materials used and time spent on producing the order.
